I made my own from a sheet of gasket paper. I just asked the guy in the shop what sort to use. Might not hold forever but will last long enough to source some proper ones. means doing the job twice mind :cry:

Your right chris, there is no stress there, I think the car bottomed out and just holed the diff casing.

Does the diff need any setting up (back lash etc) or is it just a case of bolting it on? From looking inside it it seems like the diff would just bolt on but you never know lol!

So awhile back i did the first drift day in the volvo with never-lift.com at brum wheels. These days are set up to be fun for anyone, in any kind of car, to come along and drift. No bullshit, no pressure, just plenty of seat time, a cheap price, good people and a good time. The track is in Birmingha...

I'm after a 360 gearbox and diff unit. I blew mine up sadly.
