If its being welded it wont need the diff oil.

Yeah the tip is wrong on mine and it needs to be modified, so lots of lube and brute force, give it another go when it warms up abit!

Its the bit on the actual hub itself, its a bleeding pain! I just cant seem to guide it through to the square bit, if its not needed for the mot, im not to worried about it now but I would really like to have a working speedo.

and exhale... Got my new speedo cable the other day, and fitting it as most of you that would have tried is next to impossible, this is the only thing that im aware of that will cause my car to fail its mot, I just want to get the car booked in and have it mot'd, could I use another digital speedo? ...

Mines stripped out lower'd on the front and has a welded diff, goes easily in the wet but needs abit of commitment in the dry. But its still great fun to drive in the dry, grips really well when you dont poke it too. so do you drive it around town etc with a welded dif? The volvo is my second car, ...

Found it thanks :) , which way do I turn them though, turned each way and then tried the clutch and didnt seem to make much diffrence. I also have another problem which someone could probally help me with, the central locking stopped working all of a sudden, tried the fuses and they are fine, though...
