Ali, if your interested in a sensible daily driver i have a rover 200 1.4 si for sale at the moment. It had a new engine 10,000 miles ago with a recon box at the same time, Rover brm suspension and brakes and quite a few other little bits and pieces. pm me if you think it might be of interest

Could you not just run a megasquirt with COP's? Flywheel setup sounds interesting, how dimensionally different is the T5 flywheel to a 740?

This really interests me Im new to the volvo scene so im sorry if this is a newbie question but what else is involved in fitting a T5? I gather its not a commonly done conversion. Is there a simple way to mount the engine or would it be a custom job?
