What i forgot to say; the left tread (right word?) with the rubber thingy is obviously worn troughout the years. That will be a bit shorter then the 3.6cm/1.42inch i guess, when you have a new mount.

I've got the K-cam installed for a while now. It gives longer torque in all the gears. Especially in first gear that's a big plus. With the normal cam the accelerating power is gone around 4000 rpm.
