Umm... Not really, I think they were £45 from volvo but it's not much use to me so just want it shifted. The plan was to replace it at somepoint, but car got nicked before I ever got around to it :( I've got a box of odds and ends back at my parents too, might have a nosey and offer the good bits on...

Windscreen sealing strip
Genuine volvo part, still in genuine volvo bag. Part #3285940. Any offers?
I live in London so could carry it relatively central if you're interested.

I've also done this, can't remember precisely how I did it but undoing the bolt holding the central locking motor to the door gave it enough play to remove the circlip---I don't think I removed the rod from the central locking motor itself. The rest I think was the lift-handle-and-wiggle that the ha...

From what I know foggy is right. What the haynes manual calls the fuel filter is the vapor separator (least, that's what the local volvo garage says). I've never actually opened it, so couldn't say for sure. Mine has this big cylindrical thing bolted to the front of the engine compartment as well as...

pete> The one I disassembled looked pretty asymmetrical, I really doubt they are universial. At very least the bolt-hole would be on the wrong side. jarlidge> Yes, yes it would. However It's a bit of a trek over there, would you mind going to the effort of posting them? How much would you want for t...

Rear external door handles
Has any got any lying around? Both of mine don't work, removed one of the handles to find that there was nothing attached to the arm that pushes the lock open, and a rather obvious snap mark (I was going to take a photo but forgot). Maybe possible to remove a bit of the doorhandles, but had no worki...

My personal choice is to do a search on "Volvo (300*, 340*, 345*, 360*) -Haynes". The bits in brackets will search for one or the other, the star at the end of 360 will mean it'll find 360GL, 360GLE, 360GLT, etc). I already have 2 haynes manuals, don't need anymore, so the -Haynes stops most of them.

I think it's the revs failing to drop rather than the revs actually rising on their own. It doesn't drop back over time whilst the car is sitting though, it only sorts itself after you get going again for 5 mins or so. Yeah, 4000 is a fair bit worse! Even so it's mighty worrying when stuck in a vast...
