Also took off the intake manifold very nasty insade bought some carb cleaner, sprayed all can, can say effective stuff but one can was not enough, so tomorrow will buy another one and make some photos

more work with polyurethane : some new parts and after that, everything goes back to suspension and then car comes to it's own wheels on the ground from stands

Well some work done with front suspension now everything is braked apart, bought polyurethane rod and trying to make the front tie bar bushes (i think that is the name for that) some photos later of work progress

So the fight with rust is over and the bumper is almost ready for paint and it is on car again, but the paint will have to wait until the temperature rises bit higher in garage

It's kind of rare, as i have it almost three years, only seen like 10 other 340/360...

So more progress: fixes that awful rust, don't mind it looks terrible as i'm going to hide it under the sideskirts also sprayed the sides and back with some kind of stone protect resin

Did you see any extra fuel consumption after fitting the cone filter? The rust should be relatively simple to fix, no cutting and welding. Did you manage to get it repaired after the accident? Nice car mate, makes me wish mine was silver :) I haven't really measured the fuel consumption exactly, so...
