never seen an f7p on bodies, but loads of f7r's in the clios are on bodies, they tend to bin the 1.8 in favour of the 2.0 as theres more gains to be had, bigger valves etc.
most i've seen make on RR is 241bhp and 1/4 mile af 13.1 from an ITB'd F7R in a clio

what about diffs? and gearboxes?clutches?
basically my engine currently puts out 270bhp and 260lb/ft and i'm about to up the power again to over 300bhp and probably 300lb/ft as well................so whats likely to blow from the volvo point of view if i bolt that lump into a 340?

the williams and the 1.8 16v of all ages all had the 3 oil gauges, the temperature and level are both on one sender/sensor in the front of the block, the pressure is on a seperate sender/sensor in the back of the block up high near the exhaust manifold mark 1 phase 3 (n-s plate) clio 1.8 8v RSi's al...

is there a member on the forums who breaks a lot of volvos or carries lots of spares, a parts guru or such? theres a few on the clio forums i'm used to so hopefully similar on here?

after the part of the alternator bracketry off a manual steering equipped 340/440 that is used for tensioning the belt. banana kind of shape, slotted for the adjustment its for fitment to a clio with an f7p engine in it, i have no experience of volvos so kinda hoping someone knows what i'm on about ...
