Silly question but i am being told two different stories.

Do i use the front or back shocks off a defender for my 340 ?

Please help I have recently changed the clutch in my 340 which i thought would solve the problem ! At first i thought it was the clutch release bearing but now i have swapped the clutch the noise is still there ! when you dip the clutch the noise cannot be heard and when you release it the noise ret...

Please can anyone tell me how to change the oil in the front shocks and if so, what is the best oil to use.
