i picked it up from 200 miles away mate. its never to far to travel for a car.
i have vans and trailers at my disposal so i can deliver it or meet halfway.
im not fussed with travelling lol.

so if i was to bike carb a 16v im assuming i just need a fuel reg to drop the pressure down and run the standard pump in the tank?

ive had many mate. built a 160hp 1.3 8v rallye stage car, 140hp 106 1.1 lol (had a 1.6 8v on bike carbs, lairy cam etc) built a 106 8v turbo, 106 xsi 16v conversion, supercharged ax, to name a few lol ive worked or french stuff since i was small.

im in north shropshire and i dont mind delivering within reason.
just fitted an omp seat on the d/s. hold you in so much better. dan

yea i know there are no direct fit ones mate. was just wondering if anyone had some fitted to one and if so waht vehicle were they off. dan

i just picked up my 1.7 340 last night and the diff is welded on that. its awesome, apart form a bit of skipping at low speeds its grand. parking is ok, not that bad. just sounds bad as the tyres scrape round.

yea the terminals are the correct way round
jus ordered an altenator so will b with me in an hour or 2.

just fitted a new one mate and it did exactly the same thing. within 30mins the battery was overflowing.

i just picked up my new 1.7 340 last night only to break down on the motorway
the headlights went really bright then died. and it wouldnt start.
the battery was steaming and boiling!
could this be the altenator overcharging the battery?
help.
