Rx7 4 pot calipers can be used, with golf g60 vented brake discs. A bracket needs to be made up to mount the caliper, and the discs need to be re-drilled to be bolted to the back of the volvo hubs. Then you need to get some brake pipes with the correct ends on. This conversion needs at a minimum 15i...

Coilovers can be acquired from GAZ, you send them your standard struts, and they convert them to coilovers and shorten them to allow you to lower the car.

13's area dead end. Look into 15's :) Been there done that, 13's make the mpg stupid, no top end, no ground clearance, no good sizes available, hard to find decent sets of wheels (i.e no banded steels or minilights), hard to have a set thats 'different' from the rest.
