Been a while and I don't have any more pic's but while I remember the list above has got shorter. front shocks now have ep80-90 in them and sleeves fitted over the shafts to shorten the travel. all legal now. Front seats replaced. repaired front valance and refitted lip spoiler. (would like to find ...

Yep 3" dai ones, supplied from him 6 months ago. I wouldnt be able to get them off till next week now.

I've got a brand new set of escort ones, 3" but you need the bolts, or you can buy my dai ones and i'll keep the escort ones. either way you need bolts but the sizes you need are on this site.

Thanks for all the advice, gave me a good heads up, very simple when you get under there, took about hour and 45 mins, the only problem was the seal i got was wrong but I think the oil was coming from the back of the sump gasket, so drained the oil cleaned it down and tried to re-seal it, so fingers...

Yes I'm doing it on a ramp, but it's a 1.4 so loads of room round the bell housing, so I undo a clamp ( I haven't noticed this before only been under the car once 6 months ago) then side it forward off the gear box splines then I can get it off the bell housing?

Sorry should of said i've been a mechanic for 13 years done loads of clutch's gearboxs engine changes and rebuilds but not on a 340 looking for advice to make things quicker and how to remove the prob ????? Book time's are a bit odd as its 2.20 hours for flywheel but only 1.60 hours for rear main oi...

urgent advice on clutch change 340

Hi, my rear main oil seal is pooring oil out 36 hours before I leave you santa pod for the weekend, so i'm looking for advice on changing the oil seal and clutch in my lunch break tomorrow finish after work if I can get a seal in time.

so how long should it take me?

I've knocked it half off on a kerb, so in the middle of re-fitting will try and get some pics but cut and corners of the valance to the right shape, going to weld some patches in there soon as theres no where to screw into on the corners. but i've put screws through the splitter into the valance on ...

This is mine drilled and screwed with the bolts and clips that held the mud flaps on.

Both front strut are now off but half way pics here, and today I stripped down one to refill also going to geduce the travel so the springs can't fall out.

So this fits in a standard 340 1.4 carb tank? would it work on a turbo convertion ? whats your best price posted?
