it was the throttle screw i adjusted not the mixture

took carb off today and cleaned it up, gaskets were nackerd they crumbled in my hand! made some new ones out of a cereal box, running alot better now! still hunting on idle a bit though? and my idle screw is quite far in lol

yeah i know the bottom of the shocks was rubbing the floor :lol: im running the rear at 2 inches now, not low enough haha. just installed some speakers in the rear today aswell as a sub. putting some beefier bolts in where the lowering blocks are tomorrow. miss the vdub because it was easy o drive, ...

just noticed, when i switch the engine off, the carb still lets quite a large amount of fuel through into the inlet, you can see the amoun of fueel rising if you look down the carb! could this be the reason it doesent start when hot? as its flooding the engine? any ideas why its doing this and if it...
