Happily adopted and renamed 'Dirk' - seen here enjoyed a brief bit of sun at last year's 90th Le Mans event. Now has 65k on the clock and still as sweet as a nut! Need to changed the belts pretty soon tho.... Little bit anxious of that job!!! :S

Hi, Does anyone know what size speakers a 3 door mk3 will take in the rear pillars? My car has never had any speakers fitted and still has the original panels in it. Need to know dept and intended speaker size please - dont really want to cut the parcel shelf and would like a flush fit in the pillar...

Why do you have to use a turbo? What about using a G60 supercharger? The boost can be set via belt ratios there's loads of space for one and boost would be gradual reflecting engine revs - low torque at low revs, high boost at high rev. Should be a perfect match for CVT - could use with SU HIFF44 --...
