it's all right now got it sorted, it was the stereo and central locking (I think)
just would have been useful having a diagram - so I've ordered a Haynes!

I think a couple of fuses of blown on my 340 and just wondering if anyone has a diagram? Don't have a Haynes manual and needs fixing in the next day or so

I'm planning doing this over Christmas, been stock piling parts
can you not just use the whole 1.7 gearbox instead of changing parts around?
Would make it easier but not a huge worry, don't mind the extra work

i imagina if i can get decent enough at plastic welding it should be quite simple.. i'll update everyone in about 6 years haha
