Re: Headlight wiper
Logan - yea mate that's the switch I mean. Sounds good I'll keep an eye on Volvo marketplace and track your progress. My oil cap must be a Repco job and oil spills out and all over the rocker cover The sunroof bracket I mean is the plastic block/slide which has a steel rope attached and when you rot...

Re: Front link rod replacement
I ended up risking on eBay, £25 each plus shipping. FAI parts out of U.K. Fit perfect and the knock is gone. Ball joints in the original ones felt very loose and worn so pretty happy

Re: Front link rod replacement
There seems to be lots of bushes but I'm pretty sure I need a ball setup like this pic from the manual. Have tried tightening the nuts but they are tight as. Can shake by hand and get a small knock and can also hear it knocking while driving

Heater Bleed screw
Anyone know the location of the heater bleed screw on a late model 360? Have searched the engine bay but can't find anything, could it be in the dash? That doesn't seem practice. No heater since a coolant leak I think it's airlocked. Haynes Manual shows one but can't find it.

Re: Fan Belt spec
Hey Bog basic, when I got the car the pictured belts were in place. I didn't like the thought of them snapping so took one down to my local car shop and got as close a match as I could. Few problems, most likely wrong profile and they are not matched, as soon as I had them in place I knew it was not...

Re: Windshield washing fluid tank suddenly empties itself
I had this recently, mine only emptied to the seal where the pump inserts into the tank so it was easy to find. I removed the pump, removed the small o-ring type seal. Sprayed clean with contact cleaner and applied silicon o-ring grease and reassembled, been fine ever since. give that a shot

Re: Fan Belt spec
While on the subject, looking up old photos as my replacement belts have been squeeling since install, want to replace with correct parts. Only changed as they were on the verge of snapping. Seems the part number matches my original set, now to find some new ones

Re: Leaking coolant where heater pipe meets water pump
All fixed. Machines a new end peice and welded it to the existing pipe. O-rings were ok, could have replaced but didn't have any that section, seals fine, mission to get on again behind the exhaust manifold but managed.

Got it out, making repairs will post updates. Like Ride_on said push fit with oring. Pipe section oring sits on has worn away
