Re: Shock/spring combination for drift

Others used EP90 diff oil to stiffen the front shocks. My buddy's drift car has Hot Tuning coilovers on the front and bilstein shocks in the rear. His suspension setup is stiff but not too much.

Re: Wheel paint colour

I agree that powdercoating is another good option though a bit pricey and difficult to touch up.

Re: Wheel paint colour

Duplicolor Wheel Coating is a good paint for alloys, but remember that prep is the most important thing to do. I bought wheels from 4 wheel online before, then I painted them with plastidip to change the look temporarily.

Re: Engine paint

Any high temp paint will work but a good prep is vital. I used engine paint that I bought from Frost.

tires for winter

Just curious on what's the most popular choice for winter tires nowadays. I know Nokian's are really good but they are expensive.

What he said. If you're lucky, you can find one in a local junkyard. Good luck.

Check out the buy&sell section from time to time. You might find a set of Leos in good condition.

Re: fitting wind deflectors

Any update? I'm curious if you had success installing your wind deflectors. I found a nice set from a local garage, and I'm thinking of buying them.
