I'd the same problem on mine a few months ago.

If you had a multimeter you can check when push the AC button if the car have 12v on the AC compressor cable. In my car only 8v (not enought to engage AC) where at this point and I fix it with a relay and new cable from the battery to engage ...

Today I found two diff gaskets in my volvo dealer who has it stored since 1991!!

The bad part is about the sorround panel that holds the intrument cluster. It's a discontinued part, This weekend go to a scrap yard to find one (I don't know if RHD sorround is available).

I'm in spain but if possible I want Two gaskets. Loose a little oil and needs to be changed .

Well, the "V" of the boot it's in his place, it's the "olvo" that was bad sticked.

The rims where a Speedline copy that I bought from a renault clio user, where in good state.

I have dudes with some conectors in engine bay that aren't connected.. I'll ask in another post with photograps.
