It is possible to mod the manifold but you need someone who can weld aly for you to do it. If you use the same manifold as on Vicky's car then all you need do is play with the pipe work.

They probably can't see if it is the correct set of springs, but I have to have the car checked by an authorized garage to check that the suspension is ok , and I don't think they will notice if "wrong" springs is mounted.
The police demand to se the car later with the approval papers from Tüv ...

which inlet will be easiest to modify, the original one or the "butterfly"?

And is is as easy to modiify the inlet as Husky wrote on his homepage, just to "opened up the other side and welded on a new tube and flange"?

Does anybody know if it exist lowering springs to 340/360 that are approved by the german Tüv?

I'd like yo lower my 340, but the norwegian police ain't very happy about things that are not approved

Is it possible to use the inlet manifold from a b18f that has a center mounted inlet manifold? or do I have to modify the original one like Husky did?
