Doesn't this government think drivers pay enough in this country it's just another way for big brother to spy on us and charge us for the privilege

I'm open to offers, I just want to cover the cost of the tax really or I could take it off and refund it. I just don't really want to have to scrap the car as it is in pretty good condition and it would be a waste.
