Its all down to your preferance and car's current abilities. Basically stiffening up the suspension will decrease bodyroll, however it will also increase grip to a medium hardness and then start to decrease grip once too hard. Find the point where the grip starts to decrease, then adjust till you ge...

A friend of mine imports the kits in bulk from ting tong land and sells them over here. I have three of his kits now and they are all spot on. The kit the 300's require is the H4 Hi/Lo kit, he sells them for £110 for a complete set. He also has some H7 kits in stock (more modern cars use this fitmen...

Has anyone fitted HID's to a 300?
Well I am just tidying up the wiring on my missus' 340, using a H4 Hi/Lo kit (6000K temp). It's awesome! If your thinking about it, just DO IT! I know the decent kits (I am using the Hi/Lo kit that flips the HID tube for full beam, but you can get a fixed cheaper version that uses a halogen bulb for...

I HATE modern cars, not the styling or anything like that. It's the useless technology that adds problems and the weight of modern cars. My carlton can outhandle, outbreak, out-accelerate and get the same fuel economy than an Astra VXR (for example) and it's 18 years old!! Think about how much there...

I have been waiting for a decent picture of 300 series front shocker inserts for ages, now I have seen one. Almost identical to the inserts on Cavaliers, Calibras and Astra Mk3's (same design), with a few mods they would work a treat, available in adjustable etc.... and plenty kicking about S/H. P.S...

thats strange Johnny , I didnt use spacers with the vauxhall rims on the redline and it drove perfectly http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c187/j0rdan_1959/132-3279_IMG.jpg It's partially a clearance issue (which yours obviously doesn't have) and also a handling issue (I know that fitting incorrect ...

Oh dear so many questions and comments Can't understand how anyone can run less than 55 profile tyres in this country without bending rims on potholes every 5 minutes... Answer, decent rims. Cheap wheels = poor/weak metals used that do bend and crack easily. All my cars use expensive rims and they h...

Yep they will fit with spigots as said, the 17's on mine are off a Vauxhall Calibra (the stud pattern is the same) and these 17s are ET35 which is near enough perfect. It should be noted that if you use other Vauxhall alloys (which are normally around ET49-45 you will need 10-15mm spacers to push th...
