Winter is coming and I had to change the original air filter back. Now I can tell you that there is a real power difference. It would be interesting to get it measured. I'd say that the power gain was at least 5% with the ITG filter. Right nowI'm considering an ITG pro filter for the winter. It shou...

So... The radio was stolen. I had it for two weeks... Another 150 euros well spent. I went to the car and the doors were unlocked. There were no traces of burglary. The radio was just ripped off.... I've still got the front panel though. But... enough whining... I have a problem with the brake light...

Well... I'll just have to try that when the coughing surprises me again...

I'll do that...
Thanks everyone!

That is the standard procedure for 'de-flooding' - so I've got a tenner on it over-fuelling due to this probable float chamber problem. For what its worth, revving to 3000-4000rpm ought to be sufficient to blow the excess fuel out - 7k is seriously pushing the boundaries of what the bottom end (mai...

If there is insufficient (or too much) fuel in the float chamber due to the absense of this hose....then it may well be related. cheers James The problem is... Sometimes when I accelerate fast or when I try the top speed of the car, it suddenly loses almost all of it's power and starts coughing. I ...

I'm 95 % certain its the ventilation hose from the top of the float chamber. If you look on the side of the top of the carb, there will be a place for the hose to just push on and then it just hangs round toward the back of the engine, presumably if it overflows then it directs the petrol down the ...

Sounds like you`ve connected the radio to an ignition controlled live rather than a permanent one. The radio needs some power to hold it`s memory You`ll need to run the power from a circuit that works even with the ignition off - for instance the cigarette lighter. Make sure you fit a suitable fuse...

The international 'ISO' standard is Black = Ground, Yellow = 12v permanent, Red = 12v ignition switched. In the 360 I think its Brown = GND, Green = permanent(??)....not sure about switched. cheers James Yep... I've measured the volts with general meter(??). Brown is GND, but I can't understand wha...

Shortcut!
So. I was clearing out the wire mess where once had been a radio... Naturally, a shortcut occured and some sparkles flew. There should be a broken fuse, but I didn't find one when I tried to examine the fuse box. Could someone please tell, which fuse is connected to the radio circuit? I would also b...

I have a problem with the fan too. 3rd speed doesn't work. I've checked the fuse and the relay in the fuse box. I've posted this problem somewhere else in this forum but I haven't found an answer yet. Is it the switch or maybe something else? Winter is coming so help would be appreciated. There are...
