Re: Heater control
its not common for these to fail; is the hot-cold slider in the dashboard stuck? it looks to me like the outer cable has moved and thats why the valve can't move
you could try taking the black clip off and then see if you can move the slide by hand

Re: Sensor identification
the sensor in the top radiator hose is for the airconditioning
the other one in the end tank of the radiator is not realy a sensor, it's a thermal switch that operates the electric radiator fan

Re: Torque settings
no specific torque wrench setting in my books either. normally M8 bolts/nuts in 8.8 strength are tightened to 23Nm, i would advise to do that or tighten them by feel the inlet manifold nuts are flanged, normally that's also a securing tool but on my 360 they loosened up rather quickly after my servi...

Re: Anjo's 340Turbo: EFI conversion
also modified my oil separator, it wasn't efficient enough so i enlargened the fittings to ø22mm and the oil drain wasn't the lowest point so a bit of oil and condensed water was stuck in the resevoir first off with the old mounting plate http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b192/levibaantjer/IMG_0104L...
