You need to establish if any R5 heads are compatible with bigger valves to aid breathing. Do R5 have any cams with bigger duration?? Custom 4 branch and chimney will be money well spent. Think the raised spoiler was only put on for the rear wiper.

If it's running on the ignition is too far advanced.

A high spec competition engine can throw a rod in this condition but std will be OK though it sounds bad.

The idler shaft will be within the box,the rest of the car will break before they cause a problem.

Do a fluid change if you're bothered but they will be fine just a trait of 360s it would appear.

Winter tip number #356313: Put cardboard to front of radiator, make approx 2 inches (5cm) diameter hole to it where air can flow trough.
