Well I got the latest QuickTime and it works :) You have to install iTunes at the same time though so I've since uninstalled that, and it still works fine. It also works in RealPlayer now which is good. Nice film by the way, but did the hazzard lights need to be on? If only we had some snow here, bu...

Does the video work for anyone else? :( I downloaded it and it won't play in RealPlayer, Windows Media player or Quicktime. They're all fairly recent but I got the lastet Real Player again which states it works for MPEG 4's and it wouldn't play it. I got an error "Cannot start playback" Could you up...

You do still see a lot around, I often see a couple if driving for 20 mins or so. When I was at Volvo a week or two back there were another 2. One parked in the waiting for service area, and another having something done to the front steering. I guess that's where you don't want to see the 300's ;) ...

I think the connector not plugged in had two blue wires connected to it. Taking the dash out dosn't seem too hard. Is it possible to do it without removing the wheel? I'm not to confident about taking the car apart ;) All of the other dials work fine, except when the lights failed to light. Thanks f...

Well I took the cover thing under the dash off and there's a heck of a lot of wires under there, one wasn't connected to anything, presumably for an extra switch for some extra feature. ;) All connectors seemed to be plugged in alright and the wires seemed to be in good condition from what I could s...

Thanks for the suggestions :) Unfortunatly the torch battery died and there's a covering on the underside of the dash. I pressume the popper things need to be pulled out for the cover to be removed, right? I've never really looked down there before ;) If the weather's more permitting tomorrow I'll h...

Electrical problems - instrument panel lights inverted
OK, I've got quite few electrical problems with an '89 1.7 340 and I was wondering if they sound familiar to anyone who may be able to identify the problem. There are several problems which may or may not be related. :( A month or so ago problems stared with the instrument lights which were inverted...
