Volvo 360 carb....

Hi guys, My car bombed the emissions test for the MOT but is otherwise fine (I knew the emissions would fail as the carb is knackered) - so I was wondering if anyone has a carb for a 360 gle lying around in decent working condition? - particularly great would be if anyone had one and was going to th...

Re: rollcage group buy anyone???

I've been to the somerset stages twice now, and although most of it is definitely much smoother than say the rallye sunseeker, it is still very rough on a car. I would definitely get out and do a road rally that uses some whites, as that will highlight potential problems before any money is spent.

Re: rollcage group buy anyone???

all depends on how you drive therein lies the problem mate, you've just paid £400 to drive on a (in theory) totally clear gravel stage... I know I sure as hell wouldn't be babying the car round for a finish... the red mist appears long before then  also, paying to do up a car etc etc for o...

Re: Engine Question (9-series)

your b230fk will be a low boost pressure variant of the b230 and has a td04-13c turbo on it iirc, the boost ought to be at 4psi stock and you should be able to carefully raise that to 12psi-ish as the block is exactly the same (and most other bits I think, haven't looked into turbos engines for a wh...

Re: B14 Cam upgrades

I've not looked into engine swaps tbh - just know that the valver swap is very straightforward, I just wanted to give the brief reminder that from experience, lots of little expenses add up in the end and you realise that it is often actually cheaper to do the bigger upgrade that you thought you cou...
