For some reason I've found 1.4 carbs always look like that. I've taken 3 off scrap cars and they all look horrific.

The website says hermes will try to collect the item again the following 2 days if no one is in, however that never happened, hence why we have ended up here. I'm not going to bother asking for a refund for the first parcel because from previous experience, their customer service is totally useless....

The alternative is using the "UPS In post locker" service, though I have never used it, this means parcels can be delivered to a shop and collected. Not sure on the details though.
