Just the inserts that come with the golf/polo coilovers. I would have thought they would be a bit too weak but they're the perfect balance between comfort and handling. thanks man, its actually very easy to DIY using my method, if anyone wants i can put up a how to guide. alternatively, i could start up an exchange service plus £200 and i can make you them but i dont really have all the necessary tools to do it properly
