Remove head with a sideways twist rather than a pull up as it's less likely to disturb the liners. Don't turn the engine after you've removed the head for the same reason, unless you use special tools 5803 (deluxe washer and bolt kit :D) to stop the liners moving up. Much as I'd like to leave it, a load of cellulose went on the rear half of it and sills after repairs.
