Hi Mr Mac! Yes, good thinking about a possible stuck on clutch disengage servo device. I think from memory that is over come at about 2000 rpm. I think the cable you might be thinking of Bjorn is an earth wire, it has to move the entire length of the travel of the gear selector in a pendulum motion,...

Hi, just a quick reply to welcome you along, glad you've joined V3M now! It shouldn't be reaching maximum revs before anymovement is evident. I'd imagine this is the clutch end of things as opposed to being the belts. It's worth checking both belts are there and appear tight though. I'd imagine the ...

All added! Honza, vØlvØfreak, Jeff, Tom, John As I've said, I've a lot to learn and perfect before I'll be happy to make the kits available, being a perfectionist I want them to be right, and time is never something I seem to find a lot of! However I'll be making time to sort this out and will keep ...

Chris, we need to sort a good time at some point to get everything sorted then chap! Everyone else, your names are down, I can't promise anything soon, but when things do get sorted ...

Hi, it is me who has the molds, but I don’t have the rear valance for the saloon. Nah, I didn’t plan to only make two sets, but I do intend to limit them to the real enthusiasts, which you do appear to be! I don’t want to just make lots of them and lose the exclusive nature the kit has. I need to ge...

LOL, that's the thing, either working at times where bits are readily available, or, not having to use the car in a hurry! It's always the case when you work on the car for a dealine that something important is needed when no where is open to get it! Hope you get it sorted soon.

Hi, I think I've understood it correctly, if so, the car turns over but won't run? I'd imagine in changing and playing with the other things you've got a couple of sperate issues now, but originally I'd go for it being the auxillary fusebox behind the battery that you have found. Although the fuses ...

I see you've got the dreaded worn lip on the drum, thus the drum won't come off over the shoes! It's a bit of a don't damage anything too much but keep wriggling it about and trying to rotate it as you gently lever it. Someone else might have a cunning plan or more experience in super difficult drum...

Hello, long time since we've heard from you! Has it only appeared since the damp, wet, cold weather, and does it disappear after several braking attempts or a few minutes of driving? I have experienced something similar with the rear drums on a van, where by if I left the handbrake on overnight, the...

When is the deadline chap?

Good work on the comp, lets see what everyone can do. Hopefully if the closing dates and voting for the two comps are different, there shouldn't be any dead spots and competitionless times for snapping some pics.

Hi Tero and welcome back!

Dai, I think those belts were from a Daf 33, which is different, the 66 and 300 belts are the same as far as I know.

Good luck with it, should be a very nice car when you're done!

Hi Tom,

Just to let you know I've not forgotten, rack has been located in the parts dept. Just need to check it over and then talk to you via email! Been away for the last week too, so I'm now playing catch up with work too, but we'll get there!

It will be in due course! I've been rather busy lately, far too many things going on, but if I'm going to do anything with the moulds it will be done properly, nothing quick and bodged!
