0,8 is standard thread for a M5 bolt/screw
M5 screw is used for holding the indicator and wiper stalks to the steering collumn, but I thought all of them were Philips head

That's the oil pressure sender, coolant temperature is on the lh side of the engine under the intake manifold, single yellow wire

they should be the same as the spring used in the 240's so my guess is that they are still available, personally i'd reccomend to take it apart and theck the springs movement, you can bend it a bit tighter for a better feel. parking in 3rd or 4th gear also helps with the lifespan as the spring is st...

you should see the owners parking lot, believe it or not but he's got an RSX2 aswell, and a R-sport + a few GLT's :P

i unfortunatly didn't make it this year, maybe my 2.3i 343 will be on the stand next year :wink:

shiftlight is controlled by the Renix, not by the black box lh side of engine bay; that's purely fuelcutoff system

i see a few cracks in the rubber connector piece where the steering rack is bolted to the rod that goes to the steering wheel, that might be the cause of the loose steering

Unlike Pulsair the EGR does affect performance, espescially if the system is not working as it should. I'll have to look up the pictures, though it's pretty easy to identify. On the rear of the exhaust manifold there's a steel tube going around to the lh side of the engine, that's from the egr syste...
