Can you not use EPS off Corsa B or C?
You can buy ECU off ebay as well as EPS.
I made one for my Mini with Swift Gti project using Corsa B and mk1 Gti top bit.

I think it cost me about £100 in total.

Yes I used to drive Volvo300 when I was 17.... nearly 20 years ago.
I want to have RWD fun so I'm thinking of doing this project or Clubman estate with 360 gearbox RWD.

I'm hoping to make a PG LSD copy.
This setup will be using std open diff and fit 2 blocks of steel with few springs between them.
My friend has ist in his Sprint car and works well. So when I get one made, I will let you know.
