Mines a 1.7 340 saloon, I bought the recon rack off a guy on here so I have no idea if its an ebay special, I like the idea of the bamboo but I think I'll just cut it and weld it, hopefully straight :S

300 series steering column/steering rack problem
the problem ive got is that im changing my steering rack to a reconditioned one, the reconditioned one has a longer bar that connects to the steering column. The original rack has a shorter bar, i have tried to swap the two bars over but with no luck. I was wondering if there is a different length s...

Camber top mount fitting?
Hi, im currently in the process of measuring up my strut towers to fit the s13 top mounts, but im unsure of how to get them sqaure and at 90 degrees, i've made templates just want to know how to position them?
loads of people have done them so im just wondering how they went around it?

Interesting read! Going to have to do this, so if I sent some bare struts to gaz, bought some s13 top mounts and got a strut brace made up I.could happily fit them? When you order them, you need to have them done F1 moto style, or 2inches short and the top of the damper rod mahcined to take an s13 ...

Shortening steering arm for more angle?
Is shortening the steering arm a good idea for more steering angle and is it really as simple as shortening it or do you need longer tie rods?

High strength driveshaft bolts??
My driveshaft bolts on my 1.7 340 saloon are either broken or loose, so wanted to change them for high strength ones then locktite them in,
any ideas where I can get some?

where to get a K&N bolt on to fit 1.7 solex carb?
really need to be pointed in the right direction cant find any bolt ons for a 1.7, need one quick or something just as good or better as my airbox has no filter in and has massive holes drilled in it from a t**t of a previous owner :/

I was reading the SR20 340 thread on driftworks, they've done the same thing, looks the bollocks, they put a roller bearing in aswell as the rose joint on the top mount so it has less strain, think i'll go with the s13 top mounts as i want to adjust the camber

what do you mean by bare strut? just the shock? or shock and spring? or the hub aswell?, when would you be selling yours i was hoping to get it on coilys around july time
