nope it doesnt sound like shaking a bag of bolts, i had a prop shaft muck up on me before and this doesnt sound anything like that. this is why i am so confused as to what it is. i will hopefully find the source of the prob on sat. untill then i am thankfull for any advice.

its coming from the engine side of the car, because when i had the bonnet open it sounded as though it was coming from the engine.

hey guys just realised what it sounds like, it gives of the sound u get when u blow on a fan which is spinning, and as u increase the revs the sound gets worse. and as i said before i had a propshaft go on me before and it didnt sound anything like this.
any help greatly appreciated and needed lol

Yea, when i press the clutch down the noise disapears which lead me to believe that it was the prop.
