Lol nice john :D if you want to collect it for me you can :) il pay for the car and the clutch and repair it, you collect it and have the satisfaction of knowing you helped a volvo inneed? :D

it is indeed very bon marche...but not bon etat de marche lmao we will see what happens ai..got to tow it 200 odd km home and within a few hours being there it should be fixed..clutches are piss easy on these. 340pw just a matter of persuading my old man...by telling him he can use it for a while :D (he seems to really like 300's since i got one)

I find all of those words deserve their own exclamation mark.

I like the idea of a big meet. I would say to keep it just volvo though as if you end up mixed up with other cars etc it all gets confusing and does not go as well imo.

So...if I propose a (Saturday) date in, say, September...say at the National Tramway Museum at Crich, Derbyshire (http://www.tramway.co.uk/)...will you come?
I'll try to locate a suitable pub-with-sleeping-space and something to do on the Sunday...

cheers

I'd be interested in attending a bash (not literally you understand) at Crich.
And September can be still good weather!
