Re: 300-series national event
Good bump. I need to email Bob about how to go about getting the VOC's backing (so it's easier to book a decent venue).
cheers

Sweet feet, I'm up for this. Few weekends in summer are off limits but August is good for me. Something down south this time?

Re: 300-series national event
Sadly probably not for a "national" event...it's gotta be as central as possible. We had provisionally said Crich in Derbyshire, but we could probably afford to go further south...
Well up for something 'saaf' though. There's the VOC Southern, and Swedish day at Haynes in May...but a 300 meet would be cool too.
cheers
James

Forget it for 2010, he' left it too late to do anything now.
Place your bets on whether such an event occurs in 2011...........

RR was immense last year, should be even better this year. I'm taking 2 cars so I have like 9 seats.

Re: 300-series national event
Laura will be entrusted with the manta, as it'll be the slower of the two cars. Yes the thought of that makes me nervous. No, I won't be telling her it makes me nervous.

To be fair, it's a lot better looking than I am. The only thing that worries me about her driving it is the 1" travel accelerator due to the bike carbs. Pretty sensitive.
