Hi All! Long time no meet...

Slightly short notice, but life has got in the way a bit. Anyway....we're having a meet! Key details...

Sunday 3rd October, 10am arrival for chat and nonsense before 11am museum entry.
Black Country Living Museum, DY1 4SQ (www.bclm.com)

Image

If you're sharp-eyed, you might recognise it as a filming location for Peaky Blinders. It also reminds me of Crich, and we've had a couple of good meets there. There's allegedly a decent fish and chip shop on-site. I might have to check that out...

One stipulation the venue has made (re: Covid measures) is that all entries to the museum must be pre-booked, so if you're planning to attend, you must let me know. If you're lucky, it won't be a problem...but there's a chance you might be turned away (or at least have to pay the full rate of £20!). I'm still working on the finer points, but for now assume that the group ticket price of £15 will apply. I might have a nice surprise on that front, but that also depends on people letting me know that they'll be attending.

It'd be great to see you if you can make it, in a 300 or otherwise!

cheers

James

Sounds an excellent day out.
Sadly I won't be attending but perhaps another meet in the future with the 360, it would be nice to catch up with some of you from the forum.
Tax runs out at the end of the month and SORN is imminent till next spring....
Also still a fair few jobs to be done before I would be happy going a major outing.... (excuses excuses!! )
Look forward to a few photos from the day.
Cheers Dave

There will be other opportunities!

Hello James,

I'll be there (barring disasters) with a 340, or 360, whichever works best, and the possibility of two more in a V40. Is that OK? I'll let you know deffo later this week.

Cheers, Jon.C.

Sorry James, the two who were coming with me have decided against - petrol and all that. If I can't get any myself, I'll train it up to Tipton for a chuckle. Ta jc
