Hi all, im new to the volvo scene, i am looking to buy one to spec up to a drift car.
I know the most common thing is to attack the sun and planet gears with a welder, but i would rather find another option.
I found an LSD for a volvo 240, and was wondering if they would be anywhere the same as a 340, with the transaxle gearbox etc..
Has anyone else had any other ideas?
Thanks

Re: Differential Ideas?
plenty of "drifters" for sale, i'd take a look at all the adverts first before turning a mint condition 300 in a drifter....
eventually someone has to give the original-spec 300 lovers a chance to have fun too
..
LSD was installed in some 300's but a very very rare piece of equipment, don't think you're gonna find one. 240's lsd doesn't fit.
