Post by NasoNex » 30 Apr 2006 11:01 pm

I have to buy a new set of spark plugs to my car.

What plugs should i buy?

And are there any major differencies between the plugs i can use on my car?

Thanks.

The only one they had at the gas station was NGK BPR6E .. and they was designed for Volvo. The Haynes manual says that i should use NGK BP6ES.

I guess theyll work? Anyone who knows the difference between BPR and BP?

R is for Resistor.

a resistor type is made to eliminate static/interference signal with Radio/TV/com signals.

doesn't make a big difference when you have a proper set of leads and a electronic ignition setup (old timers are more sensitive)

The "R" on the reference number means "resistor". There's no problem, buy and install it, the car will runs fine.
