its about £100 for a manifold from sweden , but if you buy carefully on ebay - or pick up motorsport news , there always a few 45 manifolds for sale , use your own flange and cut them off and reweld to the new manifold .

now the manifold you need with the right port spacing or close is the talbot sunbeam one , so now you now .

onto thos you could quite easily make a plenum with single throttle body , in fact use the std one . for an MS setup . could quite easily weld injector pockets on aswell .

still , unless you get stuff cheap , £100 for a manifold, isnt too bad .
