It'd most likely cost more than a valver conversion.

10hp can be gained by finding a 440 B18KP engine, custom exhausts are around 4/500 with manifolds alone around 300.

Until 18months ago it wasn't a "scene" car so there are no aftermarket parts

and how hard isit to set up?

Depends who does it.
A Garage = 1 million pounds.

Someone in their front yard = affordable.

Im sure theres forum members thatd do you one at a reasonable rate.

F7P or F7R.

Mk 1 clio 1.8 16v or Williams 2.0 version for the megawin.

what needs to be done with the loom etc? custom engine mounts? gear linkages?

Thats the fella dude.

Use forum search at the top right to find out about conversion parts/procedure man.
Its all been typed out many many times before.

Nice saxo, Better than most the ones you see. My first car was a TU3 Pug 206 :D so same engine, what did you do to get 80-odd BHP? My mate got his complete standard 1.4 8v RR'd and it has 82bhp.

Go for a 300 mate! My second car, got the 2.0 injection GLT MK3. Love it.
