isit really that bad?
you can buy turbo kits for the sax like off the self, they cost a bomb but its possiable
this is why its such an uncommon car? lol

Think anyone producing off the shelf turbo kits would be bankrupt very quickly.

Mines more a toe car than a tow car these days. :lol:

so... do you think they are worth the money and i take it its hard to get the parts and "mod" them?

sorry i mean 4-2-1 manis,exhaust's, cams/cam.

what else can you do to them, i know you can engine conversion (iam not that mechanicaly minded, not good with looms etc)

Ah. There are cams floating about. Can fit twin 40's/45's etc. Unsure on off the shel uprated exhaust manifolds.

It's why most just swap to 16v power. No poin t throwing loads of money at the old 8 valver when easy power is readily available and is cheap cheap!

The wiring isn't much at all. Even less if you bin the injection.

thats what stopped me goin vts with the saxo ( the vts is the 1.6 16v) and stuck with the 1.4 8v, i havnt got the space or time to do a conversion :(

if the 1.7 is enough to have a play and i can build onto it that would be perfect, also want an exhaust i hate driving quite cars, never had the radio on since owning the saxo :)

He's on about the Renault 16v conversions, Adam is a little bit of an expert at them.

lower it, wheels, induction and an exhuast is all i wanted to do
