how to?

Had a quick search but come up with thousands of pages :(

basically iam after a "how to" guide on changing the front and rear suspension, i know there is one on here as i had a quick read before.

any help would be greatful thanks

Yes, couldn't find it myself. You really should have a Haynes manual to attempt something like that.

Quick guide;

Fronts
Remove calliper 2 bolts from slider pins
Take out the struts, 3 bolts at the top, 2 on the lower ball joint, 2 on the radius arm, 1 on the track rod end ball joint, Possibly ARB depending on type.
Shocks are inserts, springs must be well compressed to remove top bolt
Take off top bush, bearing, spring plate, spring and rubber cover
Bolt the strut into a wheel and lay it face down, standing on the wheel, remove the large shock retaining bolt with plumbers shifters
Remove the shock, put some engine oil in before putting in the new shock.
Inspect the top plate, bush and bearing before reassembly, these are often in poor condition.
Check and clean/ rust proof /paint the lower spring plate (new ones are available, but need welded on).

Rear shocks
Remove only shock bolts top and bottom, remove a few bits inside the boot to gain access to the top.

thank you very much mate and yes guna try and get one before the weekend but just incase i cant at least i have a guide
