Accelerator
Accelerator
Hi folks.
My accelerator pedals been sticking down a several mm's.
Seems to stick between the 2-6k revs mark. Happens most times my foots touched the pedal. Haven't tested it out as a cruise control option yet though
If I flick the pedal up it releases it.
I was told that I need a new throttle cable by a local mechanic after a service, but can't find any where that supplies this part, emailed a few guys from the owners club but no results. Any suggestions?
Is this most likely the problem or might I just have to adjust foot pedal itself?
Thanks
Jason

Re: Accelerator
Try lubricating the pedal pivot, it's just a bolt. Have a look up the pedal and you'll see what I mean.
