weller runners

people who are running wellers do you have any issues with them?
are you running spiggot rings with them?

just that they are now on the list and would like people opinnons on them

If you get 4x1oo there's no need for spigot rings.

Are you getting old or new? If the later can't you specify the center bore you need?

the pcd wont change the fact you need a spigot ring would it?
and they are second hand so no cant ask for a certain size :(

I ran wellers on mine for a bit, will do very soon again too. I had no problems, didnt run spigot rings.

yeah, image wheels are gorgeous, but fookin expensive! :lol: still thinking of selling the old pair of wheels? :wink:

IMO if you're paying attention you don't ever really need spigot rings. Just get some nice tapered wheel nuts off John and they should center the wheels for you anyway.

+1, spigot rings can make it easyer to fit a wheel but though it is quite often stated as a very essential piece; technically it's only added unsprung weight.

Yeah I've had many different 4x100 wheels (including wellers) with no spigot rings. If you try to fit 4x4" or something similar you'll need spigot rings to centre the wheel accurately or it won't be balanced.
