I want to change fuel system on my Volvo. I want to change the carburettor on injector.
I have already bought injector and all it's parts...
I had question... Can you give me the scheme of connection injector with other parts?
And also the scheme of connection of electric wiring.
Help me please.
Cheers
Dexter

Hi Dexter, To ask the obvious questions first.
What engine does your 300 have in it ? and what engine does the injection system you have come from ? Is it a Volvo injection system ?
You say you have the injector and its' parts - did you get the whole system including manifold, ECU, fuel pump, air mass meter etc. etc.
If all you need is a Volvo wiring diagram for say a Bosch LE system on a 360 I can easily e-mail you a copy but I really need to know more about exactly what you are trying to do. (for example you say injector - meaning one - all injection 360s' would have a rail on the inlet manifol with 4 separate injectors. Or are you trying to fit a 440 B18U single point unit to a 300 with a B172K engine ??).
If your car is a 360 B19/B200 (carb) and you have the system from a 360GLT (and you have ALL the parts). it is a relatively easy task but even so it won't be an afternoons job.
All the best Mac.

Hi Dexter,
Дайте мне день или 2 и я попытаемся найти изображение системы установленной на автомобиль поэтому вы можете увидеть куда все идет. Я также сделаю перечень компоненты, котор вы и находите вверх по правильной монтажной схеме.
(Give me a day or two and I will try to find a picture of the system installed on a car so you can see where everything goes. I will also make a list of the components you need and find up a proper wiring diagram.)
Regards Mac.
ps Excuse my Russian.

Here is loads of information, check L-jetronic parts as that is what your injection system is. There is few variants of L-Jetronic, but basics are same with all of those.
http://www.vectorbd.com/bosch.html
Here is workshop manual of Volkswagen L-jet, again basics are same, some minor differencies possible.
http://www.conservatory.com/vw/manuals_ ... ronic.html
Maybe some help?

Dexter,
I have sent you 2 e-mails to your address, one with a basic description of the LE system, a photo of the engine bay of a 360 with the system installed, and line drawing of all the components and hopefully how they connect up.
The second mail has copies of the factory wiring diagrams and system specifications.
I have also made a short list of things you will need but may not have got with the parts you bought. (mechanical fuel pump blanking plate ??, coolant temperature sensor for the ECU, fuel pump mounting plate and heat shield to protect pump from exhaust. etc.)
Do post and let us know hoe you get on.

Здравствуйте Mac!
Hi Mac!
thanks for info! It's a realy good information!
Could you send photos hose( connective tube) from injection system to engine sensors, from injection system to Renix and other to my e-mail... please
Cheers Dexter

Dexter, not totally sure what hoses you mean.
The only sensors with any hoses are the fuel pressure regulator (has a simple rubber vacuum pipe to the inlet manifold, as does the vacuum advance of the Renix) and the air mass meter which is connected to the throttle body by air trunking. All other sensors are connected by the injection wiring loom.
Can you be more specific what info you need.
Best regards Mac.
