The subwoofer is placed under the dashboard in a 40 liter ventiladed box.
The amplifiers are mounted behind plastic glass and are cooled by computercontrolled fans.
The passive crossovers controls the dashboard speakers Behind the handbrake is the capacitor mounted.
The meeters are rebuilt. The box for the 6,5" speaker had to fit in there.

It took five weeks to complete. I spent almost every minute i had in the garage. I had a friend who helped me. Total buildingtime where approx 400 hours.jarlidge wrote:thanks fansatic, must of took a while to do.
how did you do the blue gauges?
The gauges are lit by a neon string, 1,5 meters long. It is glued to the backside. There is a space between the meters and the plastic. (3mm)
The PVC pipes was coverd with fabric and reinforced with fiberglass.Frits wrote:Wow, that's looking awsome.
How did you make that? I see PVC pipes, and than? something with kind of foam?
Then I smouthed out the differences in level with foam and applied another coat of fiberglass.
A lot of grinding and finally two layers of paint.
It took four weeks of sparetime to complete.
More to come

Now that's sweet! Is the 10" driver buried in the dash somewhere, or is that large central port for the 6.5"s? Whereabouts are the HF drivers located?
cheers
