Whats it worth?

So im considering the sale of my Volvo 340 1.4 1989 in May after my insurance runs out.
its got an MOT, but will not have any tax on it put 6 months on end of august as the tax was a birthday present. Its had a lot of work carryed out, Some by me and some by my friendly mechanic, even though i am a trained as a mechanic myself( 3 years of studying ended july 07).
Worked carryed out:
Replaced 2-1 exhaust manifold.
Replacement Bell housing after original bell housing release fork failed.
New air filter a month or 2 back.
1 new tyre so far but due another 3 more soon, spare is still fairly new onlya few 100 miles on it.
Heater hose replaced with alternative hose so a tad to long but does the job.
Good bits:
After market spotlights on front, mounted to front valance.
Washed regularly.
Wheel arches in good condition.
Rear drums cleaned up and painted red.
Bad bits:
Needs new passenger side front wing - Excessive dents from previous owner.
Few paint defects/damages around boot lock area.
Drivers door requires new hinge pin and tightening of door lock.
Carb could do with rebuilding/replacing.
Suspension on last legs really
Hopefully being done soon:
New rear shocks with anyluck some Monroe's
3 new tyres Kwik fit own brand to match the new one purchased the other day, spare is still a GoodYear GT2 - but currently in use
So yes whats she worth? Would i be wrong to expect arround £4-500?
