1800 16v Fueling question

Post by WooDooUK » 24 Oct 2007 08:08 pm

Hello again!

When running the standard injection on a 16v motor, i take it that a swirl pot is required.

Would it be possible to do a straight swap and fit a 360 injection tank to a 1990 340?

Husky fitted and internal pump and Fiat Uno Turbo fuel goodies to the stock 340 tank for his turbo, you need to uprate the lines as well as the tank.

I'm going the swirl pot route, as I want to keep the tank where it is, but I was going to straight swap from a GLT, I can't see there being any problem

360 tank wont bolt in iirc as it bolts partly to the transmission which is slightly diff from 340 to 360.
I used an in tank pump on mine to keep standard tank. Fuel lines are way to small standard aswell.
