There are B200K renix units with and without limiters. My B200K has a limiter at around 6200rpm. I can't remember which renix code it is, off the top of my head.

Here's the sticky post concerning the Renix type numbers (very useful).

Not really....there's almost no difference at all. I think the H has 2 degrees more duration, and accounted for 4bhp in the 240 GLT.
Cool to have for the post factor, but not worth squat over a K in practical terms, if you ask me. Did you get one in the end? If so...cool
cheers

Just a tip...don't expect to get the full potential out of it using the standard EFI inlet manifold. Pettaw started measuring vacuum on his inlet manifold at high RPM on a B200 (with a K cam), never mind a B230. The B230 is something of a mixed blessing. You obviously get more power, but the benefits are perhaps not what they should be. For a start, the 'just about right' sized cylinder head starts to become a bit of a hold-up with the extra displacement...and headwork is usually a higher priority on an NA than a turbo, pound-for-pound. Still, a nice cam, a huffing big intake and exhaust, and having it balanced for 7krpm should net you ~200bhp.
Sounds like you got a sweet deal. I'd run it timed straight up, even though you have the gear. I'd only use one to correct cam timing errors (for example) introduced by skimming the crap out of the head to bump compression.
cheers

tbh I'm really not too worried about making loads of power, I'm only aiming for around 160bhp which shouldn't be too hard considering a b230fb makes 130 stock and it is proven that an H-cam and bigger exhaust will nearly achieve 160 alone, then getting a decent torquey ralliable engine shouldn't be too hard. (160bhp/ton is more than enough with stock rear suspension setup!)
