Sachs also has a 210mm standard size paddle clutch for 360. I don't know how much that holds with the stock pressure plate but more than the stock disc. Of course you can use a pressure plate from a bigger turbo Volvo, then it should hold better. If you do just make sure to get proper sized pressure plate to fit in a 360 as there are different type of flywheels used in bigger turbo Volvos.
There's more info about shimming and what size pressure plates should fit in this topic:

And here's the Sachs clutch catalog. It seems that stock size 210mm sintered paddle clutches for 300-series are available with both rigid and dampered central part.

740 clutch disc won't fit as the 360 has different splines. Pressure plate fits and there have been two kinds of flywheels used, so two kinds of pressure plates too. There's the dished flywheel and the flat one, but the flat flywheel is kinda rare in 700-series. Dished is similiar as the 300-series stock one.

So you can fit the pressure plate from a 200-series,700-series/900-series as long as it's the correct one and that depends what kind of flywheel you have.
360 210mm paddle clutch will work with that combo or you can fit something bigger too, as long as the splines match the 360 splines.

Sorry, wrong pic.. That's much lightened. But you'll get the point. It looks the same but is thicker and there's no dish.

That is my pic and my flywheelsfilthyjohn wrote:I suspect there may be a slight difference in weight between those two.
The thick stock one has a weight of 12,1 kg (measured in the bathroom )
The thin lightned one has a weight of 4 kg. (Original wheight just about 9 kg)
8,1 kg difference!!
That makes the engine rev up a lot faster: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wm4a4wszJNE
